Jetsun Jamphel Ngawang Lobsang Yeshe Tenzin Gyatso (born Lhamo Döndrub) is the 14th Dalai Lama, a spiritual leader revered among the people of Tibet. He is the head of the government-in-exile based in Dharamshala, India. Tibetans traditionally believe him to be the reincarnation of his predecessors.  Tenzin Gyatso is the leader of the Gelugpa or Yellow Hat sect of Tibetan Buddhism.

Machu Picchu is a pre-Columbian Inca site located 2,430 metres (8,000 ft) above sea level. It was built around 1460 AD but was abandoned as an official site for the Inca rulers a hundred years later, at the time of the Spanish conquest of the Inca Empire.
